British locomotive, equipped with a decoder. The locomotive is a DC locomotive, scale H0/00. The locomotive has been tested and runs properly forwards and backwards. A potential buyer would do well to perform a maintenance check on the locomotive, apply some oil or grease, and possibly reprogram the decoders. After all, for anything mechanical, standing still is never optimal.

These Bachmann Class 08 locomotives in EWS livery have a decoder on board, without sound and with standard couplings. Due to the very limited space inside the loco, the casing is not fully tightened because otherwise the decoder could hit the motor's worm gear. The loco runs fine but wobbles a bit moving back and forth while driving. That is very common with this kind of small locomotives. The inner carton box is missing.
