10 Mils coin in a base alloy with a central hole, a distinctive feature of the British Mandate emissions in Palestine. The obverse presents the territory’s name in English, Hebrew and Arabic together with the date in the Gregorian and Islamic calendars, reflecting the multilingual administration of the period. The reverse shows the face value in the three languages framing a delicate crown of stylized branches. It retains a large portion of the original detail in the lettering and typography, with slight wear on the highest points and a uniform patina consistent with AU55. Representative specimen of circulating coinage in the 1930s, in a context of increasing political complexity under British administration.
