Description from the seller
AUSTRIA. 1 Corona. 1915. Francis Joseph I (1848-1916)
- Value: 1 Corona.
- Reign: Francis Joseph I (1848-1916).
- Year: 1915.
- Inscriptions: Obverse: FRANC·IOS·I·D·G·IMP·AVSTR·REX·BOH·GAL·ILL·ETC·ET·AP·REX·HVNG, bust of the Emperor Francis Joseph I facing right. Reverse: imperial crown over the value 1 and the date 1915, flanked by laurel branches.
- Grading: MS63 (NGC).
1 Corona silver coin with a mature portrait of Francis Joseph I facing right, executed in a realistic and sober style, with good modeling of the profile and well-defined details in the beard and facial features. The reverse presents a classic and balanced composition, with the imperial crown centered over the face value, accompanied by finely engraved laurel branches that add elegance to the set. The specimen preserves full and sharp reliefs, with clean fields and original luster still visible, showing slight surface marks typical of the grade, resulting in an attractive piece representative of the last emissions of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
Disclaimer: For orders shipped outside the European Union, I want to leave absolutely clear that I do ship from Spain, which means that if the package is sent to any country outside the European Union, and/or inside EU that has special tax agreement (example: Canary Islands), it might be stopped in your local customs and they might ask you to pay taxes.
