Description from the seller

A striking collector’s specimen of fluorite from the famous Sidi Said locality in Morocco. The crystals display the typical cubic habit with attractive honey-yellow to golden coloration and a beautiful luster. Parts of the surface are accented by natural iron staining, which highlights the structure of the individual crystals and adds strong aesthetic character to the piece.

The mineral is exceptionally UV reactive – under ultraviolet light it fluoresces intensely, making it a highly impressive display specimen both for collections and UV presentations. Thanks to the combination of size, well-formed crystals, and strong fluorescence, this is a very attractive piece for collectors of fluorescent minerals.
