Expressive monochrome landscape-inspired painting balancing abstraction and atmosphere through gestural brushwork and layered tonal contrasts. Part of the artist’s ongoing exploration of memory, landscape and psychological space.
Condition:
Very good overall condition. Minor irregularities and raw edges are inherent to the artist’s working process and material character.
Shipping:

Artist background:
Yavor Kostadinov (b. 1993, Plovdiv, Bulgaria) is a visual artist working primarily in painting and drawing. He holds BA (2016) and MA (2018) degrees in Painting from the National Academy of Arts, Sofia, and studied at Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera, Milan, in 2015. Kostadinov was nominated for the BAZA Award for Contemporary Art (2020, 2022) and was artist-in-residence at Cité Internationale des Arts, Paris, in 2021. His work has been presented in solo and group exhibitions in Bulgaria and internationally.
