Quite a large cordiform hand axe made from flint/jasper.
Finely worked and in perfect condition. A typical hand axe from the classic Acheulean.
Originating from North Mauritania.
Dry desert patina with beautiful signs of weathering.
No restorations.
Dimensions 159 x 88 mm
