A pair of Chinese famille verte porcelain plates, Guangxu period (1875–1908).

Each plate is decorated with bamboo shoots and a persimmon branch/tree in famille verte enamels, with iron-red bat motifs to the reverse. The bases bear Guangxu marks.

Size:
each plate - Diameter 16.5 cm

Condition:
Plate 1 is in excellent condition. Plate 2 has a tiny flea bite to the top rim, glaze lines to the base, and a short fine hairline to the centre.
