All automatic watches at first use must be wound from the crown as wrist movement alone is not sufficient to maintain the required power reserve

RULE FOR ALL WATCHES WITH DATE
To avoid possible damage to the watch mechanism, please do not set the date with the crown when the time is between 21:00 and 3:00 - It is recommended to set the date with the crown when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55 (Some models have a screw-down crown; for settings you need to unscrew the crown gently counterclockwise. Don’t forget to securely screw the crown back after making the desired adjustments)
