conservées en cave optimale (obscurité, température constante, position verticale).
1. Westvleteren XII (4 bouteilles - 33cl - 10,2% alc/vol)
Édition Spéciale : Inscription dorée "Ad aedificandam abbatiam adiuvi" (J'ai aidé à la
construction de l'abbaye). Série limitée émise pour financer les travaux de l'Abbaye de
Saint-Sixtus.
Date (DLUO) : 17/12/2013 (Capsule).
Profil : Mythique "meilleure bière du monde". À 12 ans d'âge, elle a évolué vers une
complexité de type Porto avec des notes de fruits secs et de caramel.
2. Orval Vintage (4 bouteilles - 33cl - 6,2% alc/vol)
Mise en bouteille : 03/10/2012 (DLUO 03/10/2017).
Profil : Une rareté absolue de 13 ans. Grâce aux levures sauvages (Brettanomyces), le

Special Limited Edition: Features the gold silk-screened inscription: "Ad aedificandam
abbatiam adiuvi". Released only once to fund the Saint-Sixtus Abbey renovation.
