Produced from 100% Syrah from the legendary granite soils of Hermitage, “Le Pavillon” is one of the flagship wines of Michel Chapoutier and among the most sought-after wines of the Northern Rhône.
The 2014 vintage received outstanding international ratings, including:

96 points James Suckling
95 points Wine Spectator
Made from old vines averaging more than 65 years of age, this wine offers tremendous depth, minerality and ageing potential. Expect aromas of blackberries, cassis, graphite, smoked meat, liquorice, pepper and crushed rocks, with a long and powerful finish.
Chapoutier is internationally renowned for biodynamic viticulture and terroir-driven wines. Since 1996, the estate has also become famous for placing Braille on every label.
