Vintage French-design table/desk lamp, in a mid-century modern style from the 70s/80s. Entirely in brass, from the structure to the fittings, probably a unique model, with soft and fanciful lines, coming from a private collection. The lamp has not undergone restorations, but, being raw brass, over the years it darkened with a couple of oxidation spots; however, the marvel of this metal is that a careful cleaning and polishing brings it back to its full vigor. Very slight scratches almost invisible on the dome, but no dents or dings. The dome can move about 45° on the horizontal axis. The lamp holder is wood with an opaline glass shell that narrows at the top end, also serving as an insulating body from electrical contacts. The electrical cord (clear yellow flat cable) is original, as are the plug and switch; they have been opened and checked, and currently they function perfectly. The lamp will be shipped disassembled. It will be very easy to reassemble; to facilitate this I will email a PDF file with brief mounting instructions. The packaging will be customized with adequate shock-absorbing material, and shipped in a wooden box (60x30x15 cm approx) with tracking.
