Clad in a rich kimono with floral motifs, she wears an inscrutable expression. But the true miracle unfolds in her long black hair: driven by an invisible wind, the strands miraculously become a tumultuous river. On this hair-water, small traditional boats guided by fishermen sail, while irises, water lilies and a majestic heron colonize this surreal ecosystem. It is a powerful visual metaphor for the inextricable link between humanity and lush nature.

About the Studio:
L'Atelier Joconde is a gathering of artists around a living, plural contemporary creation.
