Made of a heavy type of wood, resembling mahogany.
Two hinged doors and a drawer.
The inside features a compartmentalization.

This document box dates from the early 1900s and shows age-appropriate signs of wear.
There are probably one or more missing dividers for the compartments.
The existing division consists of loose wooden slats.
