Elegant and refined, this egg-shaped casket represents a classic of artisanal Italian silverwork, perfect as a collector’s item or as a precious table-top jewelry box.
Subject and Style: The surface is entirely embellished with a rich manual engraving in floral motifs. A large central flower dominates the scene, surrounded by finely repoussé leaves that follow the curvature of the object, giving a sense of depth and artisanal care.
Material and Finish: The container is made of solid 800 silver. On the bottom the inscription "lavorazione a mano" and the state hallmarks certifying authenticity and the high value of the metal are clearly visible. The interior is smooth and spacious, divided into two halves that fit together perfectly.
