Zio Paperone - in bronzo - 1 Pen holder

Bronze pen holder in an auction that depicts the iconic Disney character Uncle Scrooge. On the front part of the base the engraving "WALT DISNEY PRODUCTIONS" is clearly visible. This mark suggests that the piece dates from a period between the late 1930s and the mid-1980s (before the change to The Walt Disney Company).

Condition: Excellent. From the photos you can notice a very slight patina of time in some spots, with some traces of green oxidation (verdigris) inside and outside the cylinder, a typical sign of aging of copper-based metals.
