This oil, produced with the milling method using stone mills, has a very balanced flavor that makes it an exceptional oil for raw dressings. Ideal for dishes with balanced flavors, salads, soups, risottos, sauces. Also great for cooking and frying.
1 Can of 500 ml of extra virgin olive oil "FRUTTATO INTENSO"
This extra virgin olive oil is produced using the milling method with stone mills, cold-pressed from selected olives of the typical Apulian variety Coratina. It is characterized by an intense flavor, with pleasant bitter and peppery notes.
1 Can of 500 ml of extra virgin olive oil "AFFIORATO"
It is obtained following the ancient affioramento method, which consists of hand-harvesting a very small percentage of oil (about 2-3%) that forms spontaneously on the olive paste before pressing.
