Lot consisting of 6 lithographed bottles of 500 ml of organic extra-virgin olive oil produced by Azienda agricola Antonino Centonze, Sicily - Italy.
Bottles lithographed with reproductions of images of Sicilian localities.
Organic oil with very high density and body. Deep green color with yellow-gold reflections.
Spicy and herbaceous, clean and persistent. Medium fruity flavor, round and full.
Great balance with a tomato note and sweet almond aftertaste.
Ideal with fish, both raw and cooked, but also with legume soups, red meats and all vegetable-based dishes.
Our oil is a true “unicum” precisely because of the characteristics of the place where it is produced. In fact, the olive trees are nourished by the minerals abundant in the tufaceous rock on which they rise majestically.
The location transmits to olives and oil an unexpected sensory harmony, even though Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla are characterized by pronounced organoleptic strength typical of Sicilian cultivars.
