Casket - Porcelain

Jewelry casket in hand-painted porcelain, made in the second half of the 19th century by a presumed French manufacturer. Experts will be able to identify the provenance from the underglaze mark painted on the bottom.
The elegant decoration, executed entirely by hand, depicts a pair of exotic birds engaged in a love dance on the top of the box, while on the lower sides there are insects alternated with clovers.
The box features a bronze border with a garland-shaped handle.
