Eagle - No 12A 78 rpm gramophone player

This is a vintage portable Eagle phonograph in a black case. The unit is designed as a portable case, a popular style in the early 20th century. The phonograph uses a mechanical spring-wound mechanism that must be wound with a crank at the front to play the record. The sound is amplified through an internal horn integrated into the case, rather than an external horn.
