Condenser microphone with a large diaphragm
Russian manufacture
The Oktava MK 319 condenser microphone is extremely versatile in a studio environment. The MK 319 is housed in a shell that not only protects the microphone from everyday use, but is also acoustically designed to reduce sound reflections inside the grille. The result is an open sound, ideal for a variety of sound sources.
On the MK 319 there are two switches, a high-pass filter and a -10 dB pad. These can be used when applying the MK 319 to high SPL, while capturing audio with impeccable clarity. The high-pass filter is also useful to compensate for the proximity effect during recording.
To capture audio, the MK 319 uses a large diaphragm capsule, ideal for studio and broadcast use. Thanks to this capsule, the microphone provides a broad frequency response from 20 Hz to 18 kHz. This is achieved by adding a slight presence boost, giving more detail to vocal recordings.
The microphone on a stand is in excellent condition and works perfectly. It is complete with a case, stand adapter clip and technical manual (in Cyrillic)
The stand-mounted microphone is original Russian production and not a Chinese reissue
