1) Dutch Medal for Long Service, Honest and Faithful Service, in this version specifically with the inscription "VOOR TROUWE DIENST" and the Dutch national coat of arms. This medal was awarded to servicemen below officer rank for long and faithful service.

2) The small medal is a commemorative medallion marking the 50-year reign jubilee of Queen Wilhelmina in 1948

3) Sleeve insignia that were worn by Dutch regiments such as the Grenadiers.
