Fish serving set, made in Germany at the beginning of the 20th century, around 1900–1910, by WMF (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik), a renowned German house founded in 1853 and celebrated for the quality of its silverware and tableware arts.

The handles are in 800‰ silver, decorated in an elegant Louis XVI style. The rim is adorned with finely worked, ribbon-wrapped reeds, terminating in delicately hand-chiseled acanthus leaves. The spatula (paddle) and the fork, in gold-dedicated metal with fine gilding, feature a hand-engraved design of mouldings holding a laurel garland, lending refinement and balance to the whole.

Very good condition, nearly mint, with fresh gilding and details particularly well preserved.

Couvert de service à poisson, fabriqué en Allemagne au début du XXe siècle, vers 1900-1910, par WMF (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik), célèbre maison allemande fondée en 1853 et réputée pour la qualité de son orfèvrerie et de ses arts de la table.

Les manches sont en argent 800‰, décorés dans un élégant style Louis XVI. Le pourtour est orné de joncs enrubannés finement travaillés, se terminant par des feuilles d’acanthe délicatement ciselées à la main. La pelle et la fourche, en métal doré à l’or fin, présentent un décor gravé à la main de moulures retenant une guirlande de laurier, apportant raffinement et équilibre à l’ensemble.

Très bel état de conservation, proche du neuf, avec une dorure fraîche et des détails particulièrement bien préservés.
