Antique Two-Door Wardrobe in Walnut Burl – Late 1800s / Early 1900s - Italian artisanal craftsmanship, dating from the period between the late nineteenth century and the early twentieth century (Late Umbertine / Louis-Philippe style).
Capacity and sober, monumental aesthetics, ideal both for classical interiors and as a contrasting single piece in modern settings.
CHARACTERISTICS:
* Dimensions: Height 230 cm | Width 153 cm | Depth 52 cm
* Era: Late 19th century / Early 20th century
* Origin: Italy (Artisanal production)
* Wood: Solid walnut with walnut burl veneer on the doors, characterized by symmetrical, book-open-like grain patterns
* Structure: Double swing doors with a frame and central diamond panels
* Base: Double lower chest of drawers with original parallel drawers from the period
* Supports: Turned onion-shaped front feet, stable and robust
* Hardware: Original period lock, functional and complete with keys present
* Finish: Traditional spirit and wax polish that enhances the warm natural patina of the wood
* Details: Large upper cap with projecting molding and stepped side uprights
Condition: The piece is in overall excellent structural condition, intact in all wooden parts. The lock operates smoothly and its functional state is optimal. It shows normal and slight signs of aging that attest to its authenticity.
