It caresses the palate with warmth and smoothness; the sweet and toasted aromas return fully on the palate. The finish is reminiscent of brown sugar. Enjoy it on its own, neat or on the rocks, or with a Romeo y Julieta cigar. But if you really want to pair it with food, pair it exclusively with 70% dark chocolate.
