Description
A Chinese porcelain plate from the Kangxi period (1662–1722), decorated in underglaze cobalt blue with a continuous figural scene covering the entire surface.
The composition depicts several figures gathered beneath a tree, rendered in the lively and expressive painting style characteristic of Kangxi blue and white porcelain. The full-surface decoration gives the plate a strong narrative and decorative quality.

Kangxi period, Qing dynasty (1662–1722)
Measurements
Diameter: 16.5 cm
Height: 3.2 cm
Condition
The plate has rim damage including chips and fritting. Additionally, there are two hairlines and one small re-glued shard, visible in the photographs. No further restorations observed. Please refer carefully to the photos for full details.
