Description from the seller

Groma Modell N in dark wine-red color, a portable model produced in Germany starting in 1938 by Maschinenfabrik G.F. Grosser.
The factory was based in Markersdorf (in the Chemnitz valley, in Saxony), a detail visible also in the elegant front inscription "G.F.-Grosser - Fabrik für Büromaschinen, Markersdorf/Chemnitztal".
Main Features of the ModelDesign Unico: This model is renowned in the collector community for its sinuous and elegant profile, characterized by refined ergonomic curved lines that culminate in the distinctive shape of the interline lever.
Historical Context: The Groma Modell N was produced both before and during World War II.
After the conflict, the factory ended up in East Germany and production continued under state administration (VEB Groma) until the mid-1950s, when the company focused on legendary ultra-slim models such as the Groma Kolibri.
