Monumental Table Lamp "Calla Lilies" – Regina Verlichting – 83 cm
An breathtaking and monumental table lamp/side lamp from the 70s/80s, produced by the Belgian Regina Verlichting. This high-quality fixture is designed as a lush bouquet of Calla Lilies (Arums) and with its total height of no less than 83 cm, it is an absolute showstopper in any eclectic or chic interior.
Unique material combination & patina: The elegantly rising stems and the organically layered, wavy base are executed in heavy, high-gloss polished brass. The detailed flower petals contrast beautifully here thanks to a deep, handcrafted green-blue verdigris patina (copper patina). In the heart of each petal sits a gold-colored pistil. This type of floral sculpture shows strong stylistic similarities to the iconic works of designers such as Willy Daro and Maison Jansen.
Condition and details: The lamp is in excellent and fully functional vintage condition. The brass retains its beautiful shine and the patina on the petals is sharp and undamaged. Very valuable is that the original Regina sticker on the underside of the base is still fully intact. The generous conical lampshade (diameter 55 cm) is also in very good, pristine condition without dents or noticeable stains. The fixture is equipped with well-maintained wiring with a transparent cord through the brass base.
