Splendid table lamp, it represents a perfect example of the purist and minimalist design of Italian modernismo (modernariato) spanning between the 1970s and 1980s. The combination of noble materials such as marble and steel makes it a sophisticated piece, far from the more pop and plasticky models of the same period.
The base has a solid circular section in glossy veined white marble. The choice of stone not only guarantees perfect stability to the structure given its height, but also gives the object a strong sculptural presence and discreet luxury.
The stem is a slender tubular chrome-plated metal, which interfaces centrally with the base, creating a sharp and elegant material contrast between the coolness of the stone and the sheen of the chrome mirror.
The diffuser is a lampshade with the characteristic mushroom shape, made in white opaline acrylic (Perspex).

Splendida lampada da tavolo,  rappresenta un perfetto esempio del design purista e minimalista del modernariato italiano a cavallo tra gli anni '70 e '80. La combinazione di materiali nobili come il marmo e l'acciaio la rende un pezzo sofisticato, lontano dai modelli più pop e plastici dello stesso periodo.
La Base ha una solida sezione circolare in marmo bianco venato lucido. La scelta della pietra non solo garantisce una perfetta stabilità alla struttura data l'altezza, ma conferisce all'oggetto una forte valenza scultorea e un lusso discreto.
Lo Stelo è in tubolare slanciato in metallo cromato, che si innesta centralmente nella base creando un netto ed elegante contrasto materico tra la freddezza della pietra e la lucentezza dello specchio cromato.
Il Diffusore è un paralume dalla caratteristica forma a "fungo" realizzato in acrilico opaline bianco (perspex).
