Altro - Bicycle - Before 2000

I am selling a complete bicycle for restoration, as it has been kept in a cellar for many years, equipped with rod brakes, wooden grips, and an antique saddle. All these details are very rare to find, and I think they date back to the 1940s or 1950s. The only issue is that the front fender has been broken, as you can see in the photo with the red circle.
