Splendid and elegant pair of nightstands of high Italian craftsmanship, dating to the mid-20th century (circa 1950). These furnishings represent the excellence of Italian Mid-Century Modern design, with lines that strongly recall the style of the era's great masters such as Paolo Buffa or Vittorio Dassi.
Technical Characteristics and Materials:
• Wood: Structure veneered in precious rosewood (or dark walnut), characterized by a deep and mirrored vertical grain that gives great dynamism to the fronts.
• Decorations: The doors are adorned with refined gold volute decorations, executed with extreme precision. At the center stands a pendant handle in brushed metal with the classic drop shape.
• Tops: The top consists of a back-painted glass in the original gold/champagne color from the period, set in a protective frame.
• Legs: The furniture rests on turned, black-lacquered
