What no longer works
- Presets/favorites via the original SoundTouch app
- Browsing music services directly within the Bose SoundTouch app
- Some cloud-dependent features and external integrations
- New official Bose software updates

To deliver this product properly it is carefully packed in very strong boxes, wrapped in bubble wrap with ample filling material.
