Eleven bottles of Kasteel Tripel 2015 from Van Honsebrouck brewery in Belgium, 75 cl each at 11% ABV with a best before date of 25 February 2019.
Description from the seller
Kasteel Tripel 2015 from the Kasteel Brewery (Van Honsebrouck) in Ingelmunster, Belgium.
Key Details:
• Style: Belgian Tripel (strong abbey-style ale)
• Alcohol: 11% ABV (that’s why it says “11°” on the shield)
• Volume: 75 cl champagne-style bottle with cork and cage and 2 trays 4 bottles each 33cl
• Brewery: Brasserie Van Honsebrouck – a historic family brewery in West Flanders
Taste & Character:
Kasteel Tripel is a rich, powerful tripel. Expect a sweet, malty body with pronounced fruity esters (ripe pear, citrus, banana), subtle spice, and a warming alcohol finish. It has a beautiful golden-orange color and a thick, creamy white head. Because of the bottle conditioning (refermentation in the bottle), it’s lively and can improve with a little aging, though it’s best enjoyed fresh to young.
The label features a drawing of the Kasteel van Ingelmunster, which is the brewery’s landmark.
Fun Facts:
• One of the stronger tripels available on the market.
• Part of the broader “Kasteel” family (they also make Blond, Donker, Rouge, etc.).
• Very popular in Belgium and among craft beer fans worldwide.
The bottle in your photos (best before 25/02/2019) is from an older batch — these beers can age surprisingly well for a few years.
Pick up in 9600 Ronse preferable but with additional cost we do provide a well and safe packing with insurance
