Description from the seller
In this presentation we introduce an authentic jewel of writing, where high-end leather goods meet the art of jewelry: the Montblanc Bohème Doué Ligne Ballpoint. The Bohème collection is famous for its elegant proportions and a design that nods to the world of jewelry. In the 2026 market, the "Doué" variants (i.e., with contrasting materials between barrel and cap) are particularly sought after by collectors for their rarity and aesthetic refinement.
The design of this "Doué Ligne" is a masterpiece of visual and tactile balance. The barrel features refined work with vertical engravings (Ligne) on a dark background, offering a secure grip and a highly sophisticated play of light. In contrast, the cap, the cone and the metal fittings are gold-plated in warm champagne/rose tones, mirror-polished. The real twist, however, is on the clip: the insetting of a splendid synthetic Citrine-colored stone (amber yellow), cut as a baguette, which gives the instrument a warm and unmistakable glow, making it a true luxury accessory.
The piece is configured as a Ballpoint Pen, operated by a smooth twist mechanism. The macro photographs of the disassembled piece confirm the integrity of the internal block and the cleanliness of the threading. The top of the cap is crowned by the classic Montblanc white star inset flush, while the upper ring bears the warranty engravings (serial number and origin wording).
The condition is Excellent: used with care and with slight signs of wear. As is typical for mirror-polished metals, the smooth gold parts show very slight superficial micro-scratches (hairlines) due to normal wear, almost invisible to the naked eye and not affecting the plating. The barrel and the stone are instead immaculate. This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire a Bohème out of the ordinary, perfect for those who love to stand out with class.
