Vintage Anchor Hocking “Fairfield” – 7 heavy glass plates with glass ring, 1970s
Beautiful set of 7 original pressed glass plates from Anchor Hocking from the popular “Fairfield” series of the 1970s. The plates captivate with their elegant olive-green glass, decorative geometric-floral relief pattern, and the practical integrated ring for safely placing a glass or cup.
The glass shows an exceptionally beautiful depth effect in light and is typical for the high-quality American pressed glass of that era. Due to the high weight, the plates feel particularly solid and premium – one plate weighs about 780 grams.
Ideal as dessert, breakfast, or snack plates as well as a stylish addition for mid-century, retro, or vintage interiors.
