ACETO DI VINO
Wine vinegar is a aged product, maturing for a long time in large oak barrels that soften its bite and over the years confer intense aromas and woody notes.
SABA
The “Saba,” the Emilia-Romagna name for cooked must, is instead a fresh product, already used in these lands since ancient Roman times. The must of local grapes is boiled in an open air for many hours, concentrating it until it becomes particularly sweet and thick. Traditionally it pairs with cheese and, due to its sweetness, has been rediscovered in pastry for use on ice cream, creams and ricotta-based desserts.
AGRODOLCE BIANCO
L’Agrodolce Bianco Giusti is born from the gentle pressing of Trebbiano grapes, from which a particularly sweet juice is obtained. This is then blended with high-quality white wine vinegars and aged in French oak and ash barriques. This procedure preserves the fruitier and floral aromas of the varietal, creating a very pleasant condiment thanks to the contrast between low acidity and the sweet notes of yellow fruits and dried citrus. Fresh and balanced, it is extremely versatile and easy to use.

The Giusti Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Truffle is a precious condiment obtained from the blend of a delicate selection of extra virgin olive oil and dehydrated truffle flakes. The union of these two excellences gives rise to a condiment characterized by the unmistakable aroma of truffle and the vegetal notes of olive oil.
