L' Acetaia Giuseppe Cattani presents its most precious balsamic condiment, AGED 100 YEARS.
It has indeed been retrieved from Giuseppe Cattani's family cellar, carefully kept by the progenitor Zefferino, the great-great-grandfather who lived in 1860, and then passed down to us.
It is presented in an elegant glass ampoule available in a limited edition of 50 bottles.
Each bottle is numbered
The cork is sealed with sealing wax and the elegant case contains a dropper pipette for dosing.

This balsamic, a gift and memory of a time that was, still delights even the most discerning palates.
Its aroma is frank and rich in ancient scents and flavors, while the gentle acidity contributes to the sweet-sour balance that makes it particularly harmonious.
