Sideboard on Display, Carlo X Period in Fine Inlaid Woods
Elegant display sideboard belonging to the Carlo X period, made in precious woods and dating from the mid-19th century.
The furniture is distinguished by the refined inlay work decorating every surface, with neoclassical ornamental motifs depicting vases, volutes, floral elements and finely executed phytomorphic details.
The upper part features a projecting cap with a richly inlaid frontal band, embellished by stylized figures and vegetal motifs.
The central body presents two inlaid panels with ebony-veneered frames in contrast, framed by laterally turned ebony-veneered columns that give vertical momentum and great elegance to the structure.
