Description from the seller
EXCEPTIONALLY WITHOUT RESERVE!
Luminous and refined 20th-century lakeside landscape executed in oil on canvas, depicting a splendid panoramic terrace overlooking a lake surrounded by mountains and picturesque seaside villages.
The work immediately conveys a sense of serenity and Mediterranean elegance thanks to the delicate chromatic harmony and the splendid luminous atmosphere that envelops the entire composition.
In the foreground we find a romantic flowering terrace with a small table and chairs, nestled among hydrangeas, colorful flowers and lush vegetation, an element that gives the painting a strong decorative and scenographic character.
The gaze then opens to the calm and bright lake, animated by small sailing boats and water reflections rendered with soft and luminous brushstrokes.
The houses facing the shore, the warm-toned roofs and the mountains in the background contribute to create a view of great charm, inspired by famous Italian and European lakeside locations.
The bright chromatic palette, dominated by blues, greens and vivid floral tones, gives the work a strong visual impact and a pleasant impression of summer light.
An ideal work for collectors of decorative landscapes, lakeside views and elegant, luminous furnishings paintings.
Black-lacquered wooden frame with a classic and essential taste, perfectly suited to enhance the painting’s chromatic liveliness.
Please note that, given the age of the work, there may be small signs of time or slight imperfections compatible with normal preservation of the painting.
The frame is offered gratis and will not be considered an integral part of the lot in case of damage during transport.
The photographs were taken under direct spotlight to best highlight details, textures and colors of the work.
