Medieval, Crusaders Era Bronze Cross - 32.5 mm - Solid Condition (No reserve price)
Rare Medieval Crusader Bronze Cross , 11th–13th Century AD in Top condition
A beautiful and well-preserved medieval bronze Crusader cross pendant featuring a distinctive equal-armed cross form with expanded terminals and an elegant central X-shaped engraved motif visible on both sides. The geometric engraved decoration creates a subtle pinwheel-like appearance, characteristic of medieval devotional metalwork associated with the Crusader period and the broader Christian Levant.
The pendant retains its original suspension loop fully intact, making it wearable even today. Its compact yet robust form, combined with the dark archaeological patina, gives the piece a strong historical presence and authentic medieval character.
Such crosses were worn as personal expressions of faith and protection, often by pilgrims, soldiers, or civilians connected to the Crusader states and medieval Christian communities of the Eastern Mediterranean.
The artifact remains in excellent archaeological condition with attractive dark brown to black patination and light surface wear consistent with considerable age.
