Case: The set is kept in its splendid original box from the period, finely decorated on the outside with a marbled/tortoiseshell motif and with the original yellow velvet and silk interior. The box shows the normal and fascinating signs of time that attest to its historical authenticity.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The silvering is magnificent, bright and perfectly intact on all pieces. Only very slight and normal micro-surface scratches due to light cleaning and age. No silver loss, no deep wear.
