Vanessa Mitrani - Lamp - Cumulus lamp - Glass

This lamp is a prototype by designer Vanessa Mitrani. This model has never been released. Only a very small number of this lamp exist, recalling the shape of a cloud. It is emblematic of her work on the constraint of blown glass within a structure, from which it springs and from which its form is born. An imprint on the surface of the glass adds a grid-like texture to this lamp, which elevates the light. Wrapped in leather, CUMULUS rests on a turned black-stained wooden base. A majestic and elegant piece.

Vanessa Mitrani is distributed worldwide by prestigious retailers such as Roche Bobois, Lane Crawford, Bergdorf Goodman, or Cassina. Some of her creations are part of the permanent collection of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. The pieces are created in close collaboration with artisans, and are assembled in her Pantin workshop, near Paris, where she designs all of her collections.
