Intriguant fétiche Vaudou du Bénin. C'est un buste de personnage en bois dense entouré de tissus aux couleurs du Vaudou. L’expression du visage est captivante, ses yeux sont protubérants, son regard est perçant, il esquisse un sourire narquois. Sur sa tête un bol en métal. L’ensemble est minimaliste et puissant. La patine est riche, mélange de diverses offrandes, sang, alcool.... Un objet de culte Vaudou ancien et authentique. Circa 1950.
