This is a splendid ceramic sculpture depicting a snow leopard (or a light-variant spotted leopard), made in a style that echoes the great tradition of Italian artistic ceramics from the mid-20th century.

Subject and Pose: The animal is depicted in a regal and vigilant seated pose. The body is slender, with the tail gracefully wrapping around the base of the hind legs. The gaze is directed upward and slightly to the side, giving the statue a proudly almost human expression.
Coloring and Decoration: The coat features a glossy ivory-white background, dotted with circular black spots of varying sizes that imitate the natural pattern of the feline. Finer details are noticeable on the snout and around the blue eyes, which add depth to the gaze.
