Description from the seller

A beautiful and very complete set of tableware from the famous British brand Wedgwood, executed in the cherished Conway pattern.

This tableware is a true classic for the collector of UK pottery. The basis of this model is the iconic Edme form, designed in the early 20th century by John Goodwin. Characteristic of this form is the refined reeded texture (the recognizable vertical ribs) and the warm, cream-colored glaze, also known as the Ware.

The Conway (pattern code AK8384) is known for its colorful, hand-painted appearance. The centerpiece of each piece is a gorgeous bouquet of roses, forget-me-nots and violets in vibrant shades of pink, blue and yellow. This pattern is now out of production, making it a sought-after item for collectors who want to complete or expand their set.

The entire dinnerware set is in excellent condition. The glaze is bright and the colors of the flower decoration remain beautifully deep. No chips, cracks or notable crazing. All pieces bear the authentic "Wedgwood of Etruria & Barlaston Conway" stamp on the underside.
