An elegant antique Portuguese silver vase with its original matching lid (vaso com tampa), beautifully designed in the classic Neo-Classical urn style. The body features refined architectural lines, flanked by two delicate, high-arching handles. The removable lid matches the fluted contours of the body and is topped with an elegant finial. The entire piece rests securely on a high square pedestal base supported by four decorative bracket feet.
The base bears the official Portuguese silver hallmark (contraste) and the silversmith's maker's mark.
