Description from the seller

Theresienthal Block Vase Sommerso Bullicante circa 1970 – 1,629 g

For sale is a heavy, organically shaped crystal glass vase from the German traditional manufactory Theresienthal, dating to 1970–1975 (form number 781).
The design perfectly reflects the noble Scandinavian style of this era.
Design & demanding craftsmanship:

Sommerso technique:
The honey/amber-colored core is encased by a solid, thick layer of clear glass.

Bullicante effect:
In the colored center there is a perfectly uniform, geometric pattern of deliberately trapped air bubbles.

Form:
Mouth-blown and hand-formed with a characteristic rounded, slightly triangular cross-section. Each piece is unique.

Condition: Impeccable, flawless collector’s condition (mint condition)! The vase has stood exclusively in a display cabinet. There are no chips, no flea bites at the edges, no clouding, and no deep scratches on the bottom.

Technical data:

Height: approx. 19.8 cm (large, rare edition)

Width: approx. 7.5 - 7.7 cm

Weight: 1,629 g (heavy, solid manufacturing quality)

Shipping & handling:

Shipping is performed very securely—well-padded, double-boxed, and exclusively as an insured package with tracking.

Pickup is also possible.

Private sale with exclusion of any warranty and returns.
