Bronze 1 Cent coin with a left-facing portrait of King George V on the obverse, in a realistic and detailed style, showing imperial crown and ceremonial attire with good relief modeling. The reverse features a balanced composition with the legend in English surrounding the Chinese characters of the denomination, framed by a beaded circle that provides visual order. The specimen retains an attractive brown tone (BN) with iridescent nuances, moderate original shine and well-defined reliefs, displaying slight contact marks typical of its grade. Issued during the British colonial period, it reflects the integration of Western and Eastern elements in Hong Kong numismatics at the early twentieth century.
