Splendid ORIGINAL advertisement for the DAB brewery brand. Very common in the 60s/70s for creating exhibition signs for pubs and corporate offices.

These signs were made with a mold into which resin was poured, which allowed very defined details (such as hop leaves on the edge) while keeping the object relatively light compared to bronze or solid copper.

To give it a metallic appearance, two techniques were used: galvanoplasty (bronzing/copper plating) or powder-coated metallization.

This sign was produced in Germany.

Molto comune neglianni 60 /70 per creare insegne da esposizione per pub e uffici di rappresentanza. 
Queste insegne venivano realizzate con uno stampo dove veniva colata della resina questo permetteva di ottenere dettagli  molto  definiti (come le foglie di luppolo nel bordo)pur mantenendo l,oggetto relativamente leggero rispetto al bronzo o al rame pieno.
Per dare l,aspetto metallici venivano utilizzate 2 techine :Galvanoplastica (bronzatura /rameatura o Vernice metallizzata a polvere .
