ICON, St. Nicholas - Wood - Late 18th Century
The icon was painted on an icon board from the 16th century, double niche (Kovceg).
The background is exposed and shows the original chalk ground (Levkas).
On the left and right are depicted St. Nicholas Christ and Mary.
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN Russia
CONDITION Good condition - used and with minor signs of age
DIMENSIONS 3.5×23.1×26.8 cm
