Antieke Engelse fietspomp - Working tool

Antique English bicycle pump from the early part of the last century.
No air is coming out, I don't know how it opens, perhaps a new leather seal is needed.
There are two squeeze clamps used to fasten it to the rod.
One of the two clamps has a broken spring.
A registration number is engraved on the clamp.
Nice decorative item for hanging on the wall or, for example, in a man cave.

This lot has been carefully cleaned and will be carefully packaged, sent by registered mail and insured (with a Track & Trace code so you can follow the shipment). Pickup in (Ridderkerk- Zuid Holland) is also possible. I have tasty hand-ground coffee.
